General Policies
Dress Code- i. Appropriate athletic shoes and apparel are required throughout the facility at all times.
- ii. Shirts should cover all parts of the torso (front, back, & sides), & every portion of the chest.
- iii. Non-marking shoes are required in every portion of the gym except the walking track. Open toed shoes, flip flops, bare feet, boots, etc. are not allowed.
- iv. No street shoes, jeans, pants with metal buttons.
- i. Food & drinks are not allowed in activity areas with the exception of resealable bottles.
- i. Lockers will be available at no charge. Locks will be the responsibility of the locker user and will only be permitted during operating hours. All locks left overnight will be removed and discarded. Personal items will be held in lost & found for one month. CU is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- i. Appropriate shoes (athletic shoes) should be worn at ALL times.

- iii. No food or beverages; excluding water with lid.
- iv. No glassware of any type.
- v. First come first serve outside of scheduled hours, intramurals, student recreational activities & student wellness center activities.

- ii. If unsure how to operate a piece of equipment, be available to demonstrate.
- iii. Shirts, athletic shorts/pants, and athletic shoes must be worn at all times.
- iv. All individual music devices must be accompanied by the use of headphones.
- i. The direction will change each day; it is required that all who use the walking track walk in the correct & indicated direction.
- ii. No equipment is permitted on the walking track.
- iii. No standing, sitting or stretching is allowed on the walking track, for safety reasons.
- iv. No food or drinks permitted; excluding water bottles with a sealed tight lid.
- v. No glassware of any type.
- v. No rough-housing.
- i. No equipment is permitted in the cardio area
- ii. No food or beverages; excluding water with lid.
- iii. Follow all safety instructions & procedures for use of the equipment.
- iv. All individual music devices must be accompanied by the use of headphones.
